Mother Care after child birth

  1. Start exercising atleast 2 months post delivery for a fit body
  2. Tie a 6 yard cloth tightly around your belly 10th day onwards (for normal delivery) to keep a control on your tummy size
  3. Do not take any mental stress during the first few months( it may affect milking)
  4. Have Shatavari powder with milk, each night before sleeping (Shatavari acts as a milk booster as well as a good tonic for women)
  5. Have ajwain after each meal to control gases trouble with the enlarged stomach
  6. Keep your ears covered with cotton balls, for avoiding common cold
  7. Also avoid catching any cough, fever, etc as your body, at the moment has less immunity to fight it.
  8. Avoid too much stress on eyes (reading books for prolonged time is not recomended)
  9. Have lots of fresh fruits, vegs and water (you have to restart building your health & beauty)
  10. Take care of your hair by oiling them every night (lot of women are prone to hairfall)
  11. Keep your diet balanced as best as possible
  12. Enjoy your baby and do look up to him/her as your own CREATION!!!
