Few tips for a healthy new born

  1. Undisturbed Sleep- After bath(mornings), noon and night.
It is said that an infant's body multiplies its tissues and cells in  deep sleep. so undisturbed sleep is essential for your baby's mental and physical development

2. Avoid Fan right above the head- even in warmest circumstances, this can cause cold to the baby

3. Minimum handling for baby- according to a grandmom's saying the lesser handled baby are said to be healthier. Even practically speaking too it is good to handle the baby only when the baby wants it. Over touching and handling may irritate the infant.

4. Making the House insect free- especially maitaing a clean kichen

5. Timely Feed and being sure it goes well digested- keeping consistency in feeds and stools. Abnormal stools may be the first signs towards illness

6. Oil Massage & Bath- The baby should be oiled and massaged daily. you can give a quick exercise also. Apply oil on baby's skull daily

7. Wash baby clothes seperately- Antiseptic liquid can be used for the same
